Insurance
At this time Infinite Aperture Counseling
has made a decision to bypass all insurance plans and have you, the
consumer, pay for all therapy directly. We have chosen this path
for a number of reasons:

PRIVACY. Insurance companies insist on seeing your diagnosis and sometimes sharing it with your employer.

CHOICE. Since you are initiating therapy, we believe it's completely up to you to decide who is the best fit
given what you are looking for. Insurers typically have "preferred
providers" and if the therapist you want is not in their network, you
must choose someone else.
- THERAPEUTIC DECISIONS. The duration and type of treatment can be mutually agreed on by you and your therapist unless an insurance company is paying for your treatment, in which case they make those decisions.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a sliding scale. Please mention this when you first contact me.
Payment
Cash and checks are the preferred methods of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you
have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required
to pay the full cost of the session.
